Hello Pixelwars Support,
I am contacting you regarding my purchase of the NOLO theme. I’ve encountered a few issues during installation and demo import.
As shown in image #1, the section highlighted in red remains empty even after several attempts to import the demo. I have installed and activated all the required plugins before importing.
Images #2, #3, and #4 show that the “Project” and “News” pages were not imported with the demo and therefore are missing (404 not found).
I have already reinstalled and re-imported the demo files several times, but the issue still persists.
Could you please advise me on how to fix these errors or help me restore the missing content?

Please make sure your server meets the recommended WordPress and theme system requirements:

If everything is already configured correctly, please try the following steps:

Go to Tools → Import Demo Data and re-import the demo once more.

After the import, go to Settings → Permalinks, click Save Changes once (no need to modify anything). This will refresh your URLs and often resolves the 404 issues.

Make sure that the “Project” and “News” pages are not set as drafts or in the Trash.

If the issue still persists, please let us know — we can check your setup more closely or provide the demo XML files for manual import.

Hello Team,

I recently purchased the nolo architecture theme on 19 November 2025 and I’m facing several issues after installation:

Issues Encountered:
1. on some headings Colors and Typography are not imported
2. News and Project pages were not imported
3. Latest Project (Prime Slider) section was not imported

What I Have Tried:
1. Installed all required plugins
2. Imported demo data using both child and parent theme
3. Download only WordPress theme and tried importing again
4. Re-imported demo content multiple times

Despite these steps, the issues remain the same.

My Current Server Specifications:
>PHP version: 8.2.29
>WordPress version: 6.8.3
>PHP time limit: 360
>PHP memory limit: 1536M
>Max input time: 1500
>Upload max filesize: 1536M
>PHP post max size: 1536M

Kindly help resolve these issues as soon as possible.

Thanks for your detailed follow-up — and for sharing your server specifications.
Since the issues you mentioned (colors/typography, missing News/Project pages, missing Prime Slider section) usually occur when the demo import is partially completed, we’ll try a clean reset before re-importing.

Clean Reset Using “WP Reset” Plugin
Because the theme does not include a built-in reset function, please install the plugin below:
Plugins → Add New → Search: “WP Reset” → Install → Activate
Then run:
Tools → WP Reset → Site Reset (default reset)
(This does not delete your theme files; it only resets the WP database.)
After the reset, reinstall and activate the required plugins again.

Re-import Demo Content
Go to:
Tools → Import Demo Data → Import Demo
Please make sure all required plugins are active before importing:
Missing plugins during import can prevent Projects, News, and slider sections from loading.

Refresh Permalinks
After the import completes, go to:
Settings → Permalinks → Save Changes
(You don’t need to modify anything.)
This usually resolves 404 issues for Project and News pages.

If the issue persists
No problem — we’re happy to help further.

Thanks for your message.
We have already added one sample form for you. You can also create a new one anytime:
Go to WP Admin → WPForms → Add New
Choose a template (e.g., Simple Contact Form) or start from scratch
Configure Notifications (admin email) and Confirmations
Embed it on your Contact page using the WPForms block or the shortcode provided by WPForms.

The demo package and XML files are downloaded from ThemeForest/Envato Downloads. Please download the correct files as follows:
Go to your ThemeForest account → Downloads
Find Nolo theme
Click Download and choose:
Installable WordPress file only (this is the correct ZIP to upload as a theme), or
All files & documentation (this includes extra files like demo content, XML, documentation, etc.).
After downloading, unzip the package and you will find the installable theme ZIP + demo folders (XML) inside.

Thank you for your response. The contact page form is still not showing on my site.

I have already tested both options:

Installable WordPress file only
All files & documentation

Using both packages, the issue I faced earlier was resolved, however in the demo content folders there are no XML files for the Project and News pages, which is why they are not being imported.

Kindly please provide the correct demo XML files for the Project and News pages so I can import them properly if I face any issue in the future.

That does sound unusual — normally the demo content package should include the XML files needed for all demo pages (including Project and News). I’ll report this to our developer team and ask them to re-check and test the demo content package on their side to confirm what’s missing and why.
Once I receive their feedback (and the correct XML files if needed), I’ll get back to you right away with an update.

Yes, I have seen it, but the demo content on the dark theme is not displaying properly. I will adjust it manually by changing the colors from black to white.

My question is: if I download the theme again, will all theme files be included, and will the missing XML files be added this time?
Also, if I import the demo content again, will it not cause any issues now?

Yes — since the theme is sold on ThemeForest, the download package always includes all official theme files and demo import files provided by us.
To answer your questions clearly:
1) If I download the theme again, will all theme files be included?
✔️ Yes.
Every fresh download from ThemeForest contains the complete and latest theme package, including:
All theme files
All demo data provided with the theme
Demo XML files (if the theme uses them)
Nothing is missing in the ThemeForest package itself.

We have tested the Nolo theme in detail and successfully identified the cause of the issue you reported regarding the missing sections and demo content.

The problem has been fixed on our side and we are currently preparing a theme update, which will be released within one week.

Once the update is published, please make sure that:
– You have theme update notifications enabled on your ThemeForest → Downloads page.
– You update the theme to the latest version as soon as it becomes available.

After updating the theme, the demo import and missing content issues will be resolved.

I have updated the theme. First, I activated the child theme, update all plugins but the font changed from **Afacad Flux** to an italian. Then I activated the new parent theme (Nolo v1.0.4), and most things are fine — however, I am still facing a few issues:

* The **News page did not import**.
* On the **dark theme pages (like Home Page 3)**, the text color remains black instead of white, so the text is not visible.

Hi,

We have logged into your WordPress site and completed the setup for you.

Here is what we did:
– Created a page named “News”.
– Assigned this page as the Posts page under Settings → Reading.
– Added the News page to the main menu.

As a result, the blog (News) page is now visible and working correctly on the front-end.

Regarding the font settings:
All site fonts can be changed from the Customizer, under the following sections:
– Appearance → Customize → Typography.
– Appearance → Customize → Site Identity.
– Appearance → Customize → Header.

Each font setting includes a small description under its label indicating the default font used by the theme. For example: “Default: Jost”.

This allows you to easily restore or match the original demo typography if needed.

So if you would like to switch back to the demo fonts or customize them further, you can do so directly from these Customizer sections.

Please check your site now and confirm that everything looks fine on your side.
