I really like this theme a lot but have discovered an issue once I have more than 5 blogs the on website.
Firstly, on selecting pagination I am facing something similar like this guys is facing-
http://www.pixelwars.org/forums/topic/numbered-pagination-is-funky/******Can you let me when the update will be available?
I have a total of 5 blogs on my website. Now selecting ‘No’ to pagination and setting ‘Blog pages show at most’ to 3, its perfectly working. but the ‘older post ‘ button that you see at the bottom after the 3rd blog is seen only on the desktop version but is not visible in mobile view.
Can you let me know what may be missing here, is there any CSS missing that is not allowing the older posts and new posts tabs to be visible on mobile view? Please do help.
This is my website – http://straystyle.com/
Hi, Could you try to use this custom CSS code, please?
.navigation { overflow: inherit; }You will get an email if you check the update box on Envato. Also, you can see the changelog on the theme page in ThemeForest.
ThanksI do not know where to use this code since am not a tech savvy guy, can you tell me where to use it? but before you tell me that I still have found out some issues depending on the following conditions:
I am still having problems viewing the older post on mobile view.
I have a total of 5 blogs posts uploaded on my webite.
Condition-1:
When ‘blog show at most’ is set to 5 with 3 sticky post,
I am able to view all the 5 blogs on the front page on Desktop view while in mobile view it only shows the sticky ones i.e 3 (but it show up 5 right? so that is not happening)Condition-2:
When ‘blog show at most’ is set to 5 with 5 sticky post,
I am able to view all the blogs on the front page on Desktop view while in mobile view it shows up all 5 blogs (because i have set all the blogs to sticky)Condition-3:
When ‘blog show at most’ is set to 3 with 3 sticky post,
In desktop view its shows 3 on the front and on clicking ‘older posts’ (page 2) it shows up the remaining two blogs. ( This is working correctly in mobile view)
while in the mobile view it shows up 3 blogs but I am not able to see the ‘older posts’ tab to view the remaining two blogs. (There is some issue going here in the mobile view when the posts are non-sticky ones)Please can you check it out? Please don’t ask me to try this or that. I need a proper solution from the support that resolves this issue
If you need to explore my back end I am happy to share the credentials on private email and not here.
Sorry corrections here for condition 3:
********When ‘blog show at most’ is set to 3 with 3 sticky post,
In desktop view its shows 3 on the front and on clicking ‘older posts’ (page 2) it shows up the remaining two blogs. ( This is working correctly in *****desktop view)Hi,
Appearance > theme options > main slider > activate yes- exclude sticky posts from blog.
Settings > reading > Blog pages show at most : if you set 5; it will show 5 blog posts plus main slider posts. Manin slider posts won’t be count.
You can check out this related url for how to use custom css code;
http://www.pixelwars.org/forums/topic/how-to-use-custom-css-for-wordpress-themes/Serkan am not talking about the sliders. (I understand the logic of the main sliders, how it works)
As you see my website, http://www.straystyle.com, you can view the main sliders on the top that auto rotate and below you see the blog posts. So am talking about the blog posts that you see below the main sliderI am talking about the blogs that are displayed below the sliders when ‘yes- exclude sticky posts from blog’ is activated. Lets go one by one here with conditions.
Condition-1:
When ‘blog show at most’ is set to 5 with 3 sticky post
Numbered pagination- NOI am able to view all the 5 blogs (Blogs that you see as you scroll down below the sliders) on the front page in Desktop view
while in mobile view it only shows the sticky ones i.e 3 blogs (as you scroll down), the remaining two blogs (non sticky) are not visible why is that happening
Have you understood what am trying to say now?
I have just untick (Make this post sticky) for two of the blogs out of the five for you to see the issue.
Hi,
I definitely understood what you mean but I just checked your related url with a couple of mobile devices and I am still able to see all your posts. All of them are visible. So please tell me what is your mobile device with version and tell me your browser version as well.?
Thanks
