While updating all plugins in WordPress, the Tutor LMS plugins can no longer be updated automatically (even though they are displayed as active licensed under Tutor LMS under Settings – License).
An error occurred while updating Tutor LMS Pro: A valid license key is required to update Tutor LMS Pro. Please enter your license key in the plugin settings.
The same problem occurs again with the latest version. All dependency plugins for Tutor LMS Pro are activated, but the same error message appears again:
Update failed: A valid license key is required to update Tutor LMS Pro. Please enter your license key in the plugin settings.

Thank you for reporting this again. I checked your site and the license is active — the issue is not on your end.
This is a known limitation of Tutor LMS Pro: it does not support automatic update notifications through WordPress, even with a valid license. This is a design decision on Themeum’s side, which we’ve discussed in detail here: https://www.pixelwars.org/forums/topic/tutor-lms-pro-updates-not-available/
I’ve logged into your admin panel and manually updated Tutor LMS Pro to the latest version. Please check and confirm that everything is working correctly.
For future updates, the easiest method is:
1. Update the Efor theme to the latest version.
2. Then go to Appearance → Install Theme Plugins to update Tutor LMS Pro.
If the update option doesn’t appear there, you can go to Plugins, deactivate and delete Tutor LMS Pro, then reinstall it from Appearance → Install Theme Plugins. This won’t affect your existing content or data.
Best regards,
Serkan
