Problems getting the sample footage loaded

    Hi, I just purchased this template and I’m having difficulties getting the sample data loaded in. I’ve attempted both ways of doing this and both fail after about 5-minutes of thinking. My server exceeds all the listed requirements, so I’m wondering what I should do differently. I tried WP Reset and then started from scratch but still seems to not work. I’d love it if you could possibly take a look for me? Thank you

    Hi,
    I tried to import the demo content and i have got this error message;
    “This error could also be caused by uploads being disabled in your php.ini file or by post_max_size being defined as smaller than upload_max_filesize in php.ini.”
    Could you please check it out in your hosting settings?
    Thanks

    Hey, thanks so much! I just contacted Dreamhost and they say they fixed this issue for me. Should I use WP Reset and start from the beginning again?

    Hi,

    Great to hear that DreamHost has resolved the server-side issue! Since the error was related to PHP settings (not corrupted data), you don’t necessarily need to reset your site. Here’s what I recommend:

    Try Importing Again
    Now that upload_max_filesize and post_max_size are fixed, attempt the demo import once more. It should work this time!

    If It Still Fails
    Clear any partial imports first:

    Go to Tools → WP Reset (if installed) and click “Reset” (this won’t delete media/files).

    Then retry the demo import.

    Let me know how it goes—I’m happy to guide you through each step!

    Hi, I just sent you a new email on this same topic of not being able to get the sample data to open/work. I had to put this website on the side for the last 3-4 months but ready to get it working now. I did WP Reset and tried again, and still nothing is happening. Could the media be corrupt?
