how do I resize the circular  image on the home page with the portrait of a man.  I want it to be a square or rectangular and wider.  how can I change it? thanks.

Where do I put Custom CSS? I noticed in Theme options, under styles, there is a section called Custom CSS, is that were I am supposed to enter the code? For now that is where I put it. thanks.
