Hi,
I get this banner message at the bottom of my checkout page even when there’s a product in there that I’m about to pay for. It’s really irritating. How do I get rid of it???Hi,
I have tested your website and i didn’t see any issue related to the cart feature.
Please see the screenshot below;

ThanksPlease see the checkout page, not the ‘cart’ page, as per my enquiry.

https://ibb.co/4JgCtHMCan you see that there is a red banner at the bottom of the checkout page that says ‘your cart is empty’ despite the fact that there is a product I’m about to pay for? How do I get rid of that banner?
Hi,
I will forward this topic to our developer and i will keep you updated.
ThanksHi, that’s really awkward, you may try adding the custom css code below;
.woocommerce-checkout .learn-press-message.error { display: none; }Sorry, I’m quite new to WordPress and have never worked with ‘custom css code’ before. Where exactly am I supposed to put this???
please see the post below;

Cool, that has fixed it. Thank you!
you’re welcome ;) please don’t forget to rate the theme on themeforest if you liked it, thanks.
I have an additional question relating to the ‘cart’ page. There is a button that says ‘RETURN TO SHOP’. Currently this is directing to a historical page that doesn’t actually exist on my website right now. How do I edit that button and change it’s destination. It’s not possible to edit the ‘cart’ page in Elementor to change the destination of the button.
Here’s a screen grab: https://ibb.co/gRqn1kz
And again: how do I remove the text that randomly says ‘back to class’ on the bottom left of my checkout page? Screengrab: https://ibb.co/DQ0fWbs
It doesn’t go anywhere when you click it, it just loops back round to the checkout page.
Hi,
Could you please check the page setup? Please see the screenshot below;

You can use this custom css code for removing to back to class button;.learn-press-message.error + a { display: none; }Thanks
Here is the screen grab of my cart setup: https://ibb.co/VBgM00t
I will try the code for getting rid of the ‘back to class’ text and wait to hear from you about ‘RETURN TO SHOP’…
FYI: for some reason the ‘back to shop’ button has now gone from the ‘cart’ page BUT it appears at the top of a product page (example in private comments). It links back to the HOME page, not to the shop. Where can I dictate the destination of that link? Thanks.
CSS code has worked and got rid of ‘back to class’ text on checkout. Thank you!
Hi,

ThanksHi, I have just checked your product page and I can’t see any “back to shop” button on the product page. I guess you have sorted it out.
Hi, it’s still there: https://ibb.co/12fBbpx
On ‘shop’ page, select product and then you’re taken to product/membership-package/ page. ‘Back to shop’ is underneath the page title. It sends you back to the website homepage, not the shop. How do I edit that ‘back to shop’ link?
I see, please navigate to WooCommerce > Settings > Products > Shop Page” and make sure your shop page is selected in this option and save settings.
When I navigate to WooCommerce settings as suggested, and select my ‘shop’ page: https://ibb.co/WtYjy0b it then messes up the appearance of the shop page in my live website. It seems that old versions of the shop page now appear above the current one and I have to scroll down through them to get to the most up to date. Why does that happen?
that’s awkward, can you provide your wp admin login details via the private content box and let us check what’s wrong.
Thanks.
I’ve fixed it, hooray!
Thanks for the feedback. How did you fix it? Could you share with us the solution?
ThanksI discovered that I was trying to edit the shop page using Elementor but that wasn’t possible. When I forced it to edit with WordPress there was a whole load of content sitting there that I had not been able to see when trying to edit with Elementor and that didn’t, for some reason, show up on the published page. So I deleted the content using WordPress editor and assigned the ‘shop’ page in WooCommerce and now the ‘back to shop’ button on the product page diverts to the ‘shop’ and there is no ‘old’ content on it :-)
