Sorry, I dont’t really understand your answer and get the impressions you did neither read my report nor the description regarding problem 1 in the link I provided for further information (https://updraftplus.com/problems-with-extra-white-space/)?!
There is written, that a plugin or a template (maybe wp-config.php) is causing the problem not the third party plugin and that it woult be good to inform the developer. So I did after I identified that the problem ONLY occurs when theme “Lahanna” is activated. I purchased for the theme, so maybe you could just have a closer look at this?

And the 2nd problem regarding the categories is NOT related to third party plugins. As I mentioned in my report the problem only occurs when I activate the template “Lahanna”. I already deactivated all plugins and the problem is still there. So I think it must have something to do with the theme.
