Hi, so Ive tried again to follow your instructions but it doesnt seem to be making much difference. Can you check again? I’m not entirely sure what you meant by the quotation marks – aside from the ones directly in front of the URL for what I’m trying to forward to? Ive tried removing those just to be sure and it didnt make any differece. Also, using the custom HTML widget didnt make any difference. I’d be happy to send you my login details if you think that would be easier? I’m afraid I dont know anything about coding, this is my first experience having any contact with it – so I’m at a bit of a loss!

Hi, I’m trying to change the advert banner via the text widget but I cant figure out how it works and cant seem to find any info on it. I have the image which I would like to replace it with (and ideally I would like it to be able to be clickable and link to another site) but don’t know how to get the correlating and necessary text. Are you able to offer me some advice please? Thank you!
I’ve responded to this already in another thread – sorry for asking twice! I found what I’m trying to do on the sample/template Miro under featured image “stuff” so if its not clear maybe you could reference that? You are the same person helping me via the other thread. Lastly, what do you suggest regarding the thumbnails (see above)?

Hi, so how do I remove the Envato advert banner then? Also, I’m not sure what to change in regards to the other ad – there doesn’t seem to be any mention of it in the documentation that we were provided with. I would either like to remove it or, ideally, replace it with another image. Thanks.
Hi, I’ve been sending emails to you directly but have gotten no response. Is this because I can only communicate via the forum? The logo is clear and entered, thank you! However I would still like to minimise the amount of white space above and below my logo. Also, can I get rid of the menu bar completely? Thanks for your help!
thanks for your response, but is there a direct contact for you? I have tried to do what you suggested however there isn’t any code to remove and the image logo height for mobile was already at max. I’m feeling really frustrated that I can’t even get past this first point of adding a logo, and am feeling discouraged about how the rest of building this site is going to go as this is seemingly so difficult. can you please contact me privately (or provide me with your email address) so that i can give you my site login details and you can take a look? thank you!
I also am having trouble figuring out how to make the header area shorter/narrower/smaller. I want to keep the logo the size it is but want the rest of the home page to start a bit higher than it does, if that makes sense?

Thanks for this message. Is there any way that someone would be able to look at the logo on my site? It is showing up sort of strangely and I’m not sure how to remedy it. If not, is there some sort of documentation that might help? I think it might be difficult to express what the problem with the logo is without someone taking a quick look. I’ve seen/done what you’ve suggested but need a bit more support. Is this an option? Thank you!
