However, the problem I am currently seeing is that the login layout appears to be broken. It is showing the same behavior as the input fields issue described in the open ticket: “Login Page Layout Compression Issue When Using [tutor_login] Shortcode.” The layout is also being cut off, which creates a poor user experience.
I would like to clarify that you mentioned I am using the shortcode, but that is not the case. I am using the main Tutor LMS dashboard page as the login page, which is:

Currently, I have the licenses that were previously used for CampusEmprende under the aulamy.com domain. Although they appear as active, they are older licenses and not the updated ones. That’s correct — I’ve already entered the Amelia license that you provided, and the plugin is currently activated with that license.
However, when I try to update the plugin, it asks me to authenticate with Envato and enter the theme license. When I do that, it shows a license error message.

Today, I followed the steps exactly as you mentioned. When I select the “Anyone can register” option and save the changes, everything seems fine — but the registration option still does not appear in the enabled modal.
Additionally, I added the shortcode [tutor_registration] to a new test page, and when I preview it, the shortcode appears as plain text instead of displaying the registration form.
It seems that some configuration might not be working correctly. I kindly ask for your support to help me resolve this issue — I’ve already provided the access keys if needed.

From what I’ve seen in other Tutor LMS themes, they include this functionality built-in, allowing users to log in and register directly through the site.

Thank you for your response. Honestly, the only issue is that the Tutor LMS license must be renewed every year. If the license were lifetime, I wouldn’t have any problem staying with the Tutor LMS option. However, since it requires yearly payments for support and renewal, it becomes an issue. For example, if one year I don’t use it, I still have to purchase the support just to renew the license, which is a major inconvenience.
If my website lasts 50 or 60 years, having to constantly renew the license every year would be a real problem.Therefore, I kindly ask you to please provide me with a solution regarding the Tutor LMS Pro license, or let me know if it would be possible to receive a refund. Thank you very much for your attention and understanding.

I had to restore my website because it became impossible to work with in production. At first, I thought the slowness was caused by the DNS changes I made through Cloudflare, but that wasn’t the issue.
Even while editing WordPress, the backend was extremely slow. I had to use WP Reset to restore the site, and after that, it finally became stable — but only when the Efor theme was not activated.
Now that I’m reinstalling everything, I’ve also found that Tutor LMS Pro can’t be activated with the license you provided. When I click “Connect Now”, verify the license, and save changes, it redirects me to this page for authentication:

I originally believed the issue was DNS-related, but it’s now clear that the problem lies in the backend performance of the theme.
