Excuse me, Serkan, are you trying to help me solve this problem or to find plausible ways to justify the problem and remove responsibility from your team?
I am telling you that the JetPopup plugin has been clashing with my site since time immemorial. When I deactivate it the site works well, when I reactivate it all sorts of issues happen, from the scrolling issue to the buttons issue.
Now, I don’t know why this may be because I am not a web developer, but I know for sure that it’s an issue with the JetPopup plugin.
So you can either try to help me find out how we can solve this issue, either through your team, through the plugin’s support, or some other way. Or you can tell me simply that you don’t know how to solve this. It would be much better than just leaving me hanging saying it’s not the theme’s issue with no solution offered.
Yes, I noticed that too. And now the buttons are not working. I had to deactivate the plugin again for them to start working.
I don’t know what you’re doing on your side when you go and test it, whether you’re changing some settings or clearing the cache. But it seems like the plugin itself crashes with something on the mobile version of the site because one problem gets solved and another arises.
Can you look into it again and see if you can find a permanent solution, please?

Are you going to reply anytime soon? It’s been 5 working days, and I have no update on the Jetpopup clash issue. Please, I need to get going with my marketing.
What makes you think it’s a plugin issue? Can you not solve it on your side?
I followed that link and am trying to start a conversation, it’s asking me to register on WordPress (idk why I’m not already since I have multiple sites on WP). Even after I try registering, it’s saying the account is pending approval and I can only login after approved.
This is taking so long,, guys. Please make my life easier, I cannot spend so many hours daily trying to fix an issue that shouldn’t have existed in the first place. I don’t want to be mean, but I paid for your theme and I am expecting to get a functional product, not a series of bugs that are preventing me from running my online business and a message saying I need to “contact the plugin support to solve my issue”.
I would appreciate it if you can jump in and help solve this once and for all. Thanks in advance!
I have tried both with Learnpress active and inactive, and the same issue occurs. Please look into this asap as I need my web up and running.

On that same note, when I try to add the course to the cart it shows the “register now” page again, but this time when I click on the register now button, it redirects to another “All Courses” page, which isn’t even linked to Tutor LMS Pro, but to LearnPress. This is all very confusing, and I am very tired trying to figure out all of these bugs. I am no developer, that’s why I bought a theme. But this is getting very frustrating and I need some dedicated help ASAP. Please get someone to email me at shkodranib@gmail.com and schedule a call. I don’t have any more time to waste.
Another issue with student registration. I try registering, and first, it shows a message saying “email is already used”, although the email has not been used. Then it shows a WordPress page error.
I cannot attach screenshots here to illustrate the error.
I just tested them one by one. JetPopup is doing the clash. That plugin is part of the theme, and I need it, so how should I go about all this?
I tried deactivating all other plugins except the ones mentioned, and the issue is not reoccurring. How do I find out which plugin is clashing with the theme?
I understand. I think it would be easier to set up a Team Viewer session and get it sorted, I could adjust my schedule to accommodate any time slot from your time zone.
Anyway, I cannot wait any longer so I am just sharing here all the issues and my WP Admin credentials in the private content box so you can look into this and get it sorted.
1. Course Pages don’t show up once clicking on the course.
I have created two courses and have published them on my page. The “all courses” page shows them just fine. However, as soon as you click on any course, the “you are lost” page comes up. The link URL is that of the course, but the course page doesn’t come up like it does in the template.2. Tutors and students cannot sign up. It seems like the dashboard, tutor and student pages are not connected, and the user experience gets interrupted. When you try to sign up through the course enrollment, it doesn’t work. Neither does it work to sign up as a tutor.
3. The JetPopup, which I have named “Community Popup” appears broken when I activate it. I have currently deactivated it so as not to confuse users, but if you try activating it, you will see how it comes up broken on the screen.
4. The scrolling on mobile gets stuck. It’s not smooth. Even if you refresh, you can scroll for 1-2 seconds and then it gets stuck again.
Please look into these issues and provide me with some solutions asap, as I want to go live this upcoming week!
I tried it. Didn’t work. Keeps getting stuck. I am attaching my WP Admin credentials. Please solve this asap, as it makes the bounce rate skyrocket, especially considering most users access the web through their mobiles.
