Participant11 December 2013 at 01:54Posted in : Alignment of "Search" in navigation barNo worries. Thanks for the solution, anyway!
Hi, guys.
Any idea why there is a contact form showing on my Contact page, even though I’ve selected the “Default” template? Does your theme automatically add the form when the URL slug is “contact”?
As above, the default contact form is not working for me, and I’d like to use another one, but I can’t get rid of the default one.
Here’s the URL for my Contact page: http://chrislovietyler.com/contact/
It’s currently set to the “Default” template, but as you can see, there is a contact form there.

Participant8 December 2013 at 08:37Posted in : Alignment of "Search" in navigation barThat works. Thank you!
Any idea why it would be happening on my particular site? I don’t think I’ve played with any CSS that relates to the navigation or anything like that.

Participant7 December 2013 at 05:37Posted in : Alignment of "Search" in navigation barHi, guys.
It’s just in the navigation on my homepage (or any of the other pages):
I’ve checked it in both Chrome and IE.
Related to this, I’ve got something weird happening: *even though* I’ve chosen the “Default” template for my contact page (so I can add Contact Form 7), a contact form is still showing.
So, if I add the shortcode for the Contact Form 7 form, I then have *two* contact forms.
I’m having the same issue, and I’ve got the latest version (3.6) installed.
I’ll use Contact Form 7 for now, but please let me know if this changes.
Excellent. Thanks, Mehmet!
Thanks, Mehmet! That’d be great.
Perfect! Thank you!
That doesn’t seem to be working either.
Even with the max-width set to 500px (which it currently is), it still looks the same.
My URL is chrislovietyler.com.
Wondered if it might have been browser related (I use Chrome), but I tried it in IE and it didn’t work there either.
Yes, I do. Just updated to 3.4 today.
Doesn’t seem to be working.
I’m a freelance writer and editor, and my website is
http://www.chrislovietyler.com.No blog posts yet, but they’re coming!
No, that doesn’t seem to work either. It’s OK, I’ve found another way around it. Thanks.
No, that doesn’t do it. There is still the usual space between the paragraph before it and the h3 title.
Any other suggestions?
It’s an “h3” heading about half-way down my home page.
Because of where it sits beneath an image, there is quite a bit of white space above it.
I want to add an inline tag to remove the usual space that comes before the heading.
I’d tried adding a “class=margin-top: 0” attribute to my “h3” tag, but that didn’t remove the space. (Sorry, I’d put the line of CSS in my comment above, but it didn’t render.)
Any suggestions?
That’s great. Thanks!
Thanks, Mehmet. I was just about to ask the same question!
