I deactivated all the plugins except for MailChip and the form still doesn’t appear the way it does in the demo. It doesn’t pull the “Subscribe your e-mail address and get to know about fresh stuff!” text, and in the footer widget the email address is on the left and the sign-up button is centered.
Any other ideas on what I can do to fix this?

I did exactly as the documentation said. Pasted the form code from the PDF into the Form area in MailChimp for WP, chose “Inherit from TheBlogger Child Theme” in the appearance section and it still doesn’t appear like the demo.
Is there something else I can try? Both the sidebar and footer MailChimp widget isn’t displaying properly.
Even if i take out the widget title and add the custom CSS, the form still does not look like it does on the Milo demo. It’s not picking up the “SUBSCRIBE YOUR E-MAIL ADDRESS AND GET TO KNOW ABOUT FRESH STUFF!” text in either the sidebar widget or the footer widget.
