Request for Assistance with Critical Error Using Consultz Demo
Dear Support Team,
I recently purchased the Consultz demo. I have carefully followed all the steps for importing the demo, including installing and activating the required plugins. However, every time I activate the Qi Addon for Elementor plugin, my site encounters a critical error, making it impossible to fully utilize the demo.
I have repeatedly gone through the process:

Deleting pre-existing content.
Importing the demo using your system.
Disabling and enabling plugins to check for conflicts.
Despite this, the issue persists. I purchased this demo specifically to avoid building everything manually and was expecting a fully functioning solution, particularly since the plugin is indicated as required.
I kindly ask for a clear solution to this problem. Otherwise, this purchase becomes entirely useless. I am available to provide further details.
