Hi Mehmed, I contacted ONe.com and they said that they won’t allow for changes of PHP settings for my account.

This is not possible for them, and they won’t support me loading the wordpress theme.

Therefore, I rely on your help otherwise I will ask for a refund as the product can’t be loaded on my site.

Thanks, I saw that you entered into the Control Panel and tried to get back to the homepage, but if you look at izum.no the header is gone.

Unfortunately they do not want to adjust the configuration settings for me.
