Participant4 December 2021 at 01:49Posted in : Portions of theme template sections disappearedThe issue ended up being a Jet slider in the top section that I added. I switched it to the native elementor slider and all we well. A frustrating experience, but glad it worked out.
While the client is writing/editing copy and going through punch-list items on the production site, I’m trying to set up the student registration steps. Set up so far: (links are below)
1. Login form is created (A)2. New User/Role of Customer has been created (students will be purchasing test training sessions – eventually LMS classes, too). I’m not sure how wordpress knows a new student registering will become a “customer”…by “Default?”
3. I’ve linked the Click Here button on the pricing form to a register/login popup -(B)
4. For now, the login button (if you are already a user) takes you to the user’s dashboard
QUESTION: How do I edit this dashboard reflect my clients products and branding? Clicking on “My Profile” and links on this dashboard page go nowhere. I suspect that I can change/edit this somewhere, too. (C), (D)4a. For someone already logged in, how can I get the “click here” button to take them to the product to purchase?
5. By clicking on My Account in Pages I’m able to also get to a form with my name, but unable to edit this as well. (E), (F)
6. A student intake form is almost complete (under client review). I would like this to form to pop up when a new user hits register or if they try to purchase a product but are not yet registered. (G)
7. Will all the info in the intake form show up in each student’s profile? If not, where will that data live?
8. Is there a way to insert a Title within the form? Or, do I have to create a new form under each section. If so, how do the forms all come together to for the registering student, since – in my head – they are not “tied” together?
These are my questions for now. Thank you!
MLawWatching this tutorial, I added thge css below as a test, but it did nothing.

Changing the margin on the Hero section was encouraging, but the section with the nav menu is not editable. All is fine if the visitor scrolls up and the “stick” menu appears, but I can’t find where to successfully change the color of the menu font so it appears when the site opens up. Please advise.
Thank you.

}Couldn’t achieve what I was hoping, so I reset the site and re-imported the Judy West demo. The first think I did was to go change the color of the menu font… Customize>Header>Menu>…It only lets me set Light or Dark for Menu Text Color. Nothing changes when I toggle bx the two. My goal is to have a dark font over a white background. All the other edits work – Hover, Active, etc… Please advise.
Yesterday, I tried reloading the demo content but that didn’t do anything to the menu. Deleting is not my favorite choice. Is there a thread of code that I could add to retrieve the ribbon drop-down in the menu? In elementor Pro I imagine I’m able to add the social icons, search, and cart back in with the color palette of my choosing.
Does this sound like a reasonable solution? If so, please instruct.
Thank you very much.
