    Thank you for the information. Please check the error message in importing the theme process. I download and added the theme in to the dashboard but when I try to import the theme to customise it, I am getting the message: Import failed error 404. I was wondering is there any service to import the theme in to the WP dashboard for me.

    By installing the theme, I am getting this message:

    Unpacking the package…

    Installing the theme…

    The package could not be installed. The theme is missing the style.css stylesheet.

    Theme installation failed.

    (It seems one of the component is missing from the package)
    This is a really bad experience with you.

    I have asked hosting company to update the values based on your recommendation and they have done that. He mentioned we will see the changes in WordPress health area after some times. Is it possible that you can now reload the theme.
