I followed everything you suggested and talked with WPX hosting and they poitend me the plugin support.
Since it is included in the theme package how should I proceed?

As per the recommendations, we have tested all plugins as well as the WordPress default theme TwentyTwentyFour.I have also tested a different PHP version and also reset the permissions, however, the issue still persists.
I would advise you to check again with the plugin’s support team, and if they have any further recommendations with which we can help, please let us know.

The plugin still breaks the website. I see it was updated 3 days ago.
