Sorry Serkan, I’m struggling with this.

I’ve tried resetting Mailchimp but JetPopup is still causing a problem.

I’ve disabled the Mailchimp and JetPopup plugins, but can’t see where to add a link to the subscribe form at the bottom of the homepage?

Where do I find this?

Which is interesting as just started implementing Mailchimp (it was fine before this).

As the free version of Mailchimp is now limited to 500 contacts, maybe I’ll use Zoho instead.

I take it this is relatively easy to do?

OK, got it.

Yeah, it’s not the cache.

As I say, if I remove the icon and then click on it, it gives me a MailChimp form.

It’s the button here, right over the YouTube video:

All the other buttons works fine, but I LOVE the way this button floats in.

Guys,

I upgraded my server and all the issues have disappeared!

First question.
I have a development site as well as the live site and there didn’t appear to be any licensing issues.

Can I install the theme on multiple sites?

Second question.
I’m going nuts trying to sort out the button on the homepage (on the video).

I’ve changed the link, but it’s not updating.

If I remove the icon, I then get a Mailchimp form popping up.

Where do I change this?

I see there’s been another update and I’ve just run a couple of quick tests and it does appear too be MUCH better.

I have to leave now, but hopefully will give it more of a bashing later today or tomorrow.

I moved from another theme because of the same problem.

I will talk to the hosting company again.

Further observations.

Crashing the server seems to be intermittent.

I just went in again and it worked fine (having had to wait a while for the page to load).

Then it also took ages to publish the page.

If I close the tab, rather than go back to WordPress it’s less likely to crash the server (similarly when selecting the page from the page drop-down menu top-centre).

OK, I’ve disabled the ‘Duplicate Post’ and ‘Email Address Encoder’ plugins.

Now when I try to edit a page with Elementor, the page comes up much faster but I get a rotating circle over the Elementor section and am unable to make any edits.

I’ve double checked the system requirements and all OK.

Guys,

I’ve been making great progress (the problem was Max Input Time!), but since Elementor has been updated the problem has returned.

I’m also getting:
Your theme (Efor) contains outdated copies of some WooCommerce template files.

Affected file: efor/woocommerce/content-product.php version 3.6.0 is out of date. The core version is 9.4.0,

Could this be the problem?

I’m still not able to create new threads on your support forum, so have added to this one.

I’m loving the theme and and very pleased with what I’ve achieved in a very short period of time.

Looking at the various demo themes and page/block Elementor templates, I’m unable to find any that accommodate a lot of copy/text – or am I missing something?

Yes, I can copy/paste, create my own, but I’m not a very good designer.

Do you guys offer this as a service?

One other thing, on publishing a page, there’s a good chance this will crash the server (with a 500 error).

I get the same with another theme, but the hosting company is blaming the theme. They are cheap, but their support seems to be very good.

In the past I’ve got them to look at the server error log, but they seem reluctant to do that recently.

Any suggestions?
