Thank you, I confirmed with my provider that all my settings were adequate. I’ve tried both ways and it still doesn’t seem to upload. It says [warning] failed to import for everything. Here is what the log said: —Upload files—

Hi, I just sent you a new email on this same topic of not being able to get the sample data to open/work. I had to put this website on the side for the last 3-4 months but ready to get it working now. I did WP Reset and tried again, and still nothing is happening. Could the media be corrupt?

Hey, thanks so much! I just contacted Dreamhost and they say they fixed this issue for me. Should I use WP Reset and start from the beginning again?
