I am following up once again regarding this issue, as we still have not received any response or solution from your team.

As previously explained, Tutor LMS PRO functionality is the main reason we purchased this theme bundle, yet we are currently unable to access or use any of the course-related PRO features. After reviewing all downloadable files from ThemeForest multiple times, we confirmed that no Tutor LMS PRO license key was included.

At this point, the lack of response is seriously affecting our project timeline. Our implementation is completely blocked, and we are unable to continue development or proceed with launch planning until this matter is resolved.

We kindly ask for an immediate clarification regarding one of the following:

The Tutor LMS PRO license key associated with the bundle purchase, or
The exact activation process required to enable the PRO functionality included with the theme.

We would sincerely appreciate a prompt response, as this issue has now become critical for our project schedule and deliverables.

Thank you very much for your support and for taking the time to escalate the issue internally. I truly appreciate your willingness to help us move this forward.

At the moment, we still have not received any response on the other thread, and unfortunately the delay is continuing to impact our project timeline since the LMS functionality is essential for our implementation.

We would be very grateful if the request could be prioritized as much as possible, as we are currently blocked from progressing further until this is resolved.

I have already installed and activated all plugins included with your theme bundle. Tutor LMS PRO is currently active on my website; however, I am still unable to access, manage, or properly visualize any course-related functionality, which is the primary reason we purchased this theme.

After carefully reviewing the downloadable files provided through ThemeForest, I noticed that no Tutor LMS PRO license key was included. At this stage, this issue has become extremely urgent for us, as the LMS functionality is a core component of our project and our entire implementation process is currently blocked pending a resolution.

We are working under tight deadlines, and the inability to use the PRO features is preventing us from continuing development and launching the platform as planned.

Could you please provide the appropriate Tutor LMS PRO license key, or clearly indicate the correct process required to activate and fully enable the PRO functionality on our website as soon as possible?
