Thank you serkan!
Perfect!
Thanks serkan. That’s worked on the sticky header but not when it’s in it’s normal state.
Actually just to check, is it easy enough to change the PHP file so that the widget titles are h4 not h3?
The work around I’m using is fine for now but it might be better in the future if they are h4.
Sorry serkan I’ve noticed that the logo and menu are aligning towards the bottom of the header (not sure if this is a new thing or not).
Can the padding underneath them be increased so that they’re vertically centred?

Participant9 September 2021 at 23:49Posted in : Shortcodes not displaying on mobile siteHey ahmetsali
I received this message from Calendly regarding the widget not showing, are you able to head any light on this please? I’m not using a plugin to add it, just the shortcode component in Elementor.
I took a look at your site, and I can see that the inline widget isn’t loading on desktop or mobile for me.
I noticed that the div is present, but the embed isn’t being loaded inside it because the widget.js script is not present on the page at all.
I understand you should be able to include JavaScript in an Elementor HTML widget, but it looks like it’s being stripped out currently.
Your code looks correct and your HTML tags are closed in the example you gave, but I’d recommend double-checking the code to ensure it’s entered correctly in your site too.
I understand WordPress can strip out JavaScript when the WordPress user doesn’t have permission to insert it too, so this is also worth checking.
Actually don’t worry, I’ll use the heading components in Elementor and change them manually.
Or if this is not possible, how do I change the heading sizes on my blog posts ONLY, not anywhere else on the site.
I think this code is changing the H3 sizes across the site to 16px, which isn’t what I want. What would be the css to change widget-title to h4 please?
From what I’ve read online it looks like I need to change the php file to do this?
Phew so simple, thanks! So it was nothing to do with the featured image then? Must I have changed the template by mistake somehow?
Yep, that worked. Thanks Serkan.
Thanks a lot Serkan, that’s perfect.
I installed the W3 total cache plugin but I noticed the shapes are still oval. Should I deactivate the other plugin?
Thank you that looks great!
It seems to have removed the padding from the open menu though, so the text is now very close to the logo.
Also, do you have any advice regarding the vertical alignment of the icon and menu? At the moment the logo is sitting lower than the menu.
Thanks Serkan. Both the logo and menu have a very large margin either side now though. I need the logo to align to the far left and the menu to align to the far right.

Participant3 September 2021 at 01:51Posted in : Shortcodes not displaying on mobile siteNo I’ve cleared my data and I still see nothing. My partner tried it too and also can’t see anything. Obviously I wouldn’t want the display of something on the website to be reliant on a user needing to take an action.
So how did you clear the cache this time? Did you not use the “Purge SG Cache” button at the top of the dashboard? Will I have to clear the cache every time I make an update to the sidebar?
Hey Serkan, I noticed that I changed the sidebar and now the thumbnails have returned to the oval shape. I regenerated the thumbnails and cleared the cache but it hasn’t updated them to circles. Could you take another look please?
Thanks Serkan. That worked but it was proving too tricky to customise everything I needed, so I found a plugin that can do it in Elementor instead. Far easier!
Oh great, thank you! Did you do that within WordPress or just on your local browser?
Sure thing. Also, is there an easy way to amend the size of an uploaded image so that it doesn’t fill the size of the footer column?
Sure thing.
Didn’t do anything unfortunately.
I also figured out the featured area slider, so it’s only the sidebar circles I need help with now.
I figured out the sidebar title styles :)
Thanks Serkan! I figured the course image was just an image but I couldn’t find it in the media library to double check.
The link you provided doesn’t mention anything about the hero slider https://ibb.co/c6QmJ5t or the sidebar title styles. Could you please point me in the right direction for these?
Also, when I use the top 10 plugin it’s displaying the images as ovals rather than circles https://ibb.co/MhBNcGg, any idea why this is? I’ve tried to manually change the height within the widget but it doesn’t do anything.
I’ve since worked out that in order to customise this I needed to do it within the native WordPress settings, and I’ve managed to style the pages how I’d like. Apart from the hero slider, how do I add this?
What I’m struggling with is how to add a “must read” section and “free course” image into the sidebar, as displayed in the Judy and Stefan demos. Could you please advise how I add these?
I’d also like to know how to change the sidebar heading styles.
Sure thing.
I’ve followed the instructions but nothing I do in the JetPopup settings section reflects in the design. I’ve added an image into the container background but it isn’t showing. The same goes for any changes I’m trying to make to the styling of the close button.
Thanks ahmetsali!
When you say “on the right hand side” what do you mean? I’d like to know how to do it so that I can change other pages as well.
It appears that going via the theme builder in Elementor is only a Pro option.
I presume there’s a way of having a transparent header without needing to pay extra for it? It’s a pretty standard feature.
When I go to the Jet Popup settings in Elementor and try to add an image to the background or change the width, like in the instruction video, it doesn’t do anything.
Thanks for that Serkan but it’s not quite right.
I would like the main header to be transparent and the sticky header to be white. At the moment it’s displaying the opposite that the main header is white and the sticky header is transparent.
Ah sorry I didn’t realise that I could change the mobile fonts separately by switching to responsive mode, thanks!
I’ve included the details. I’d love to know how you do it for future reference.
ThanksHi Serkan
Sorry that didn’t do anything. It doesn’t recognise a code that short when I try to put it into the “header background color” section. Also, I want to keep the sticky header white, so any solution will need to only affect the main header.
Thanks
