Any updates on this. I’d really hate to have to rebuild an entire site because Apple users literally can’t scroll properly. Please help. This is a major problem.
Thank you for rushing a fix for this. Our site is live and the client isn’t thrilled that Apple users are complaining. Not sure what else I can do for them… So I really appreciate your developers looking into it urgently.
It seems to happen pretty inconsistently on different pages within the site http://www.TheWellnessShopLLC.com. It will look like it’s working for a minute and then get stuck. On the home page it happens especially when you scroll a bit and then stop and start to scroll again… it just won’t scroll.
This morning this page didn’t want to scroll at all for me https://thewellnessshopllc.com/pnwrejuvenation/
This is happening only on iPhones with their standard browser.
This is the 3rd website this has happened to me with the Efor theme. And I really love this theme, so I don’t want to have to change it. Thanks for your help!
Is elementor pro a third party plugin? This issue is happening on 2 of my recently built sites with the efor theme. :(
Thank you. I turned off smooth scroll… And that seemed to help a bit. But there is def something still not right. Multiple pages start scrolling ok and then get stuck. I just experienced it on the about page, mental health page, skincare page, etc.
Sometimes it scrolls off the bat and then sticks randomly. Other times the scrolling is just slow to respond like there’s a delay or glitch.
This only happens on mobile. I’m using an android and it is happening for me as well.
Any other advice?
Nevermind – it was a plugin. Crisis averted haha
I figured it out – no need to spend anymore of your time on the mobile menu font color. Thanks!
Right but then that alters the desktop version as well and I want the desktop menu bar to be white – not grey. You wrote CSS to fix the initial issue – can you write mobile specific CSS to make the hamburger menu on mobile be in black writing instead of white? Thanks!
Thank you. That looks good on desktop but now the mobile hamburger menu isn’t showing up. HELP!
Yes, I ended up switching to a new theme – however – I did finally figure out that it seemed to be an issue only when Elementor Pro was activated within this theme. Perhaps that can help you @Marcus2022 and/or the Efor developers?
I’ve tried everything I can think of to fix it. There is something happening with the home page header and the about page – because I can enter different pages – i.e. http://www.belamante.com/hero – and it will work fine in Safari… But whenever I put it as the home page it refuses to scroll.
This is also happening on the about page as well… So I don’t know.
It’s only on Safari browser in Apple. Firefox on Apple works and it works fine on Android… but not Safari. Any help would be great. Otherwise I have to start the site all over which would be a bummer because I really like the theme. Thanks!
It’s not working well even after the bluehost plugin was deactivated. I was on live with Bluehost all morning and they reset it to the default theme and it was working. So that indicates it is a theme issue (I think.)
Any other help or insight you can offer me would be appreciated. Obviously, can’t have a website that doesn’t work on iPhones.
Also, it seems like it works sometimes on other browsers even on iPhones, but not consistently – and Safari seems to be the biggest issue.
Here’s an example of what’s happening
https://youtu.be/c0ATyuvNIY8Thank you. I should’ve been more clear. I was referring to mobile devices. Every Apple phone I’ve tried it on does the same thing :(
Thank you. I’ve updated your access.
