Hi Serkan,
I just tried with your demo site and I see the same issue. When I browse it in landscape mode on an iPhone X (I use Safari with the latest iOS 11.2.6) I see two white bands on the sides of the screen. I sent you screenshots over email (let me know if I should send them somewhere else), anyway you can simply try with an iPhone X, just put it in landscape mode and open any picture that is not purely white.
I guess this can be fixed if the background of the photo galleries could be changed to black color, is it possible? (Only the photo galleries, the background of the website should be white as it is now)
My website is fadingasia.com
Let me know if you need further info.
Thanks
All the apps I have actually support iPhone X, also Apple is now mandating developers to support iPhone X, see article below.

It’s a pity that such a great theme made on purpose for photography shows those horrible bands on the sides when viewed on an iPhone X. I use one and when I quickly want to show my website to my potential customers I always have to explain that the site is not yet optimized for iPhone X.
Do you have any concrete timeline for this?
I managed to fix the problem by myself. I resized all the featured images to 1920×1080, that made it work.
This is actually an issue with the Photographer theme itself, so it should be addressed (as I mentioned it reproduces very easily even with your own demo page). This is not about the photowall, it’s about a department page of the portfolio (problem 1 above), like this page:

I disabled all the plugins but I still see white blocks (holes) in the gallery on my iPad. Note that the galleries are all there, there is no missing gallery, but instead of having a grid full of galleries there are holes in the grid. It’s very easy to reproduce, I am just using the latest iPad Pros (both 10.5″ and 12.9″) with the latest iOS (11.2.5), it happens 100% of the times with all the plugins disabled both when the iPad is in landscape and portrait modes. Actually I tried with your demo page below and I see exactly the same problem:

I can send you all the screenshots if necessary, but it’s very easy to reproduce.
Hi, is there any update on this? This issue happens on iPad as well. I sent you the website login credentials via the contact form, let me know if you need anything else.
Hi,
it’s not a problem about min ideal dimensions. Where I can send you login credentials?
