TutorLMS Free version should also be activated and you can install and activate TutorLMS Pro version from Appearance > Install Theme Plugins.

Hi, here is the response from the plugin support team;
“I can see that all services have Zoom integration enabled, so that’s correct. There is just one employee assigned to all services and he is also connected to the Zoom user. But, the issue is that we don’t recommend WP mail for sending emails. We do recommend SMTP instead since emails sent with the WP mail settings are usually flagged as spam and it takes more time to be sent. So, you want to make sure that the email notifications are configured according to the instructions from this link;

”But in your case, smtp doesn’t send e-mails, I suggest you the check your smtp setting again to see if there is a typo mistake or anything like that.

Hi, I fixed it by navigating to Amelia > Settings > Notifications > Mail Service and I switched to “WP Mail” from “SMTP” and now I got the Join Zoom link with the e-mail.
I guess your smtp settings was causing the issue.

– please make sure your WordPress and plugins are up to date.
– delete TutorLMS and Tutor Lms Pro and install them freshly again.
– deactivate your extra plugins and see if the issue has gone
– reupload WordPress Core Files: The easiest way to do it is to select the Re-install version x.x.x button on the Updates page of your admin dashboard.please see the post below for more fixes;

Hi, are you trying to register on the tutor lms site? You can’t get support directly from tutor LMS site since you haven’t purchased the pro license from there, but don’t worry, you will have access to future updates after the plugin activation and we will provide you support for tutor lms.

1-) Edit the section you want to be scrolled to, go to Advanced > CSS Id = “target” and then edit the slider > Content tab > Scroll Down > Section ID = “target” and it should work fine.

Hi, it looks like some of Prime Slider widgets are not activated bt default, I navigated to Prime Slider > Core widgets and clicked “Activate All” and saved settings, an re-imported Home 10 template and now the slider appears.

Hi, to change the featured image of the portfolio post, simply edit your Portfolio Post (just click edit, not Edit with Elementor) then on the right side of the screen you can change the featured image from WordPress default feature: Featured Image section and save settings.
