Edit your resume page, and edit with the elemantor. Hover the testimonial section which you want to remove, and hover the pencil icon. Two more icons will appear. The first icon will remove the widget.
Edit your contact page, and edit with the elemantor. Hover the map section and you will see the x icon. When you click it, it will remove the map.

The theme has a built-in shortcode structure. We don’t use an editor plugin. You can build your pages with shortcodes. You can see all the shortcode list in the documentation. Also when you edit your page, you can see the shortcode list in the editor list of the content area.
