– The column choice of galleries only works if you choose “None” or “Fluidbox” from “Theme Options > Style > Gallery Type For Posts And Pages”

– Otherwise, if you choose “Photo Gallery” or “Photo Gallery 2″, collage layout is applied to these type of galleries, and collage layout galleries don’t work with column number, instead it takes row-height value to generate layout, which you can set at “Theme Options > Portfolio > Row Height” input, lower the value (default : 360) to have more images in a row, or vice-versa.

1- You can use this custom css code to reduce the left margin for the share link. If it is not enough for you i would recommend you to use loco plugin so you can edit the text easily.

Could you install and run Regenerate Thumbnails plugin please?
Normally grid system should looks fine. This plugin will solve your misalignment issue. But it is not possible by default to have a cropped, regular preview gallery. WordPress is cropping according the images width.
Anyway, after this plugin we can check it again.

1- You can reduce the text with localization feature. You need to install and run loco plugin.

Which titles you are talking about? There are six different title size. h1 to h6 and specificly you should tell me which part of the theme and provide me your related url.

Choose an excerpt method. I mean, don’t use “theme options > blog > excerpt” and “insert more tag” at a same time.
In other words, disable automatic excerpt functionality from theme options > blog > excerpt and add the “insert more tag” to your content OR don’t add “insert more tag” between your content and just activate the automatic excerpt functionality from theme options > blog > excerpt.

There are too much customization. Buttons, sidebar content area and etc. Theme files need to be redesign. We don’t promise any customization work at anywhere, but even we try to help you all on simple css customizations which doesn’t need to change the core theme files and doesn’t take much time. But it requires more time and effort, either you can do it yourself or hire someone experienced to do the work for you. Thank you.

Go to Appearance > Menus. Open the Departments box from the Screen Options panel.

Add your parent departments to your menu. These are portfolio pages.

Add new portfolio items to your sub departments.

Please check your webaite again. I run regenerate thumbnail for fixing the out of sharp image issue. Deleted old theme portfolio items. Added custom css code for social icons.
You can add your logo again with a properly name.

You need to deactivate your theme in the “Appearance > Themes” section by simply activating a different theme. Once you activate a different theme, you can delete your theme. Don’t worry, your content will not be lost. (The translation files are located under languages folder in the theme folder.)
Then simply upload the new theme file in the “Appearance > Themes” section.
Once it uploads, choose to activate the theme.
