I logged into your website. I see that you are using two different menus. Did you add this in purpose? Instead of uploading a photo with a white background (jpg) related to the logo, you should upload a logo in png format. Instead of adding a second menu, you can choose a sticky menu on the customizer.

Can you try to deactivate your third party plugins and try it again? Maybe there is a third party plugin which is conflicting with our theme.
What is allocated memory size for your site? It should be at least 256mb.

It should be at least 256mb. I tried to manually import the data but your upload limit is 100mb.
Therefore, it does not allow some features to be installed.
I cleared the data so I could upload a fresh copy.
