Example:

target="_blank" … Open in new tab.

image="" … An image url. Upload your image to your Media Library, then copy its url and use in this parameter.

Hi, create a page “Projects” and select portfolio template for it from page attributes box.

In the url, portfolio keyword is a structure for this theme for portfolio items “/portfolio/projecta”. It is not possible to change by default.
