It is hard to fix it via css code.

You may not have enough upload limit for data import. Also, just be sure that you increased the upload limit at least to 128mb. If you still have the issue, you need to contact your hosting provider about increasing the allocated memory size for your site.

I just deactivate your third party plugins and it is working well now. You should activate your plugins one by one and realize which one is conflicting with the theme. Then you can contact that plugin’s author related to the issue. They may release an update related to the issue.

You don’t need to buy licence for the Jet Elements plugin. When an update release we are updating the plugin in the theme as well.

Your third party plugin is conflicting with the theme. You can try to deactivate third party plugin and try it again. If the problem is gone then you can find an alternative plugin instead of it.
