Photo Gallery 2 is not suitable with 1 row. You can go to appearance > theme options > portfolio > increase the row height ( the default should be 360 ). But if you increase it here, the photo may appear blurred.
The display of the photo gallery 2 on a single column is pointless. Because it is more suitable for grid construction. It would be more logical to upload photos one by one via add media button instead of gallery feature.

Monserrat font is not supporting the font weight 100 for the polish characters. If you increase the font weight from 100 to 300, it will be okay. So you can use this custom css code;

You can use the overlay style for the single blog posts but for the general grid structure, it is not possible to apply the overlay layout for the featured area. You can move the meta above title, below title, and below content. The code I create gives an overlay of the featured image.

For security reasons, I removed the user information you shared. For these types of information, I would recommend you to use the contact menu on the left side. I think it originated from Load one by one feature. The “Wait for all images” feature works fine with gallery 2, but “load one by one” is intermingling. We will learn the reason for this and solve it. It is recommended that you now use the “wait for all images” feature. It works without any problem on the portfolio.

Hi,
Please go to appearance > customize > general > fonts > body fonts > you can change it to roboto or anything else.
Tag line’s font type is coming via body font so it will affect all the content.

First of all, go to settings > reading > choose your post page as the blog and set up your home page and save it.
Then go to appearance > theme options > blog > you can customize your blog page.
If somethings are overriding on the blog page, deactivate third-party plugins and try it again.
If you would like to set up the Instagram widget, you should go to appearance > widgets > blog sidebar > edit the Instagram widget.
