The footer structure is designed for social icons only. When you install an extra structure, it can be effect the responsive structure of widget side menu. In this regard, you can hide the social icons with the following code in the recommended mobile view.

I just checked our demo url and your url as well. The portfolio page is showing 1 col for mobile. But single portfolio items depends on your settings.       var animationTime = (0.85 / (slide.index()+2)) + 0.1 + 's';

You can increase the value from 0.1 to 0.4 milliseconds.

The overlay should not be removed. Maybe you uploaded a plugin and its conflicting with the theme. You can try to deactive third party olugin and try it again. If you still have the issue, could you try to use this custom css code;

Araçlar > Import > WordPress klasörüne git. Tema dosyasını aç ve içinden XML data dosyasını yükle.
Ayarlar > Okuma bölümüne geç. Home anasayfa olarak blogu da yazı sayfası olarak seçip kaydet.
Görünüm > Bileşenler > Empathy Template Page sayfasına geçip normal menü akışındaki sırayı burada sürükle ve bırak yaparak ayarla ve kaydet.
