Can you try to use the Envato Market plugin and login to your ThemeForest credentials? I have never seen it didn’t work before. You can contact to Envato support theme if you fail with the Envato Market plugin.

ThanksHi, unless you are on a vps or a dedicated hosting plan, all other plans are shared hosting plans which means you share the resources with the other users in the pool and it is not guaranteed you will get the defined max memory limit always, maybe this is the case for your hosting.
You need to contact your hosting provider about increasing the allocated memory size for your site.

It means you didn’t activate all necessery plugins ( like woocommerce) before import the demo content.
You can delete all content, activate all plugins then run the one click demo import plugin once.

It looks like post grid plugin is causing the issue. I don’t have fully control of your website because of the user role which you gave me. So please deactivate your third party plugins one by one and realize which plugin is causing the issue.
