There is no [quote] shortcode in Read WP theme. Please check out the theme documentation for the Quote format.
The Yoast SEO plugin adds open graphs to your site, so deactivate built-in open graph protocol of the theme from theme options > seo > Open Graph Protocol > no.
Note: Facabook makes cache, so check your site after a few days or a week later.
