For the shop page, install and activated woocommerce plugin. Create a page and name it shop. Go to dashboard > woocommerce > settings > products > shop page > choose shop and save it. Then go to appearance > menus > choose shop page and add to the menu.

If you cannot access your website, you should contact your hosting company.
Just be sure that you increased the upload limit at least to 128mb. If you still have the issue, you need to contact your hosting provider about increasing the allocated memory size for your site.

You can now go to Appearance » Menus page in your WordPress admin.
Click the + Add Items button.
Choose a menu item type from the list. For example: Pages.
Select one of the options displayed for that type. …
Add more items to your Custom Menu by clicking the plus next to each item.
Click Save Changes to save your changes.

I just added the css codes into the css box and checked with iPad pro and it is working well.
And also, padding has been added on MacBook view as well.

ThanksHi, Elementor recommends using PHP 7.0 or higher for best performance with a preferred 128M or higher memory limit. In case your site uses some third party Elementor addons and plugins then it’s recommended to have a higher memory limit.

We had bundled the full version of the plugin into the theme and it can be updated up to v2.2.17 as you said, unfortunately the plugin author doesn’t provide future updates without a license key anymore. But we already contacted them and they will provide solutions for old customers. We will release and update regarding to this issue.
For the elementor issue, contact your hosting provider about increasing the allocated memory size for your site.
And also, deactivate your third party plugins and try it again.
