Yes, you can upload content. But since each demo style is prepared differently, the styles can be seen differently.
You can edit a page via elementor > go to template > import the related template for elementor and save it.

I just deactivated your third party plugins but there is no luck. This kind of issues related to the third party plugins. Can you deactivate all your third party plugins except theme plugins and talk to hosting if they have card cache. Clear your cache and try it again. If you solve the issue, you can activate them one by one and realize which one is conflicting with the theme.

First of all, you need to go to dashboard > social feed gallery > account > add personal account > you need to do this steps because it is your account privacy.
Then go to dashboard > appearance > widgets > drag and drop social feed gallery plugin into footer Instagram sections and save it.
If you still have the issue I will check the second step.

When you enter the menu structure (dashboard > appearance > menu), on the left side, you can add the custom post category tab which you want to have via drag and drop method. By removing the general blog from the menu, you can only determine the blog category you want and choose. Please see the screenshot below;

Themegrill is not our plugin and it is related to another theme. You should delete it.
Go to dashboard > appearance > themes > activate the for theme.
Then go to dashboard > plugins > install our default plugins then you should run the one click demo import plugin once and choose the demo layout.

You can ingore the license message. You have full feature of the plugins. You can go to dashboard> plugins > Jet Elements For Elementor> if you have Version 1.15.8 than it is ok.

LearnDash Lms plugin is not tested with the theme but you can try to use it. If there is any issue related to the plugins, the author of the plugin should solve the issue.
