In the desktop menu, menu bar already centered. For the mobiles, menu bar should be in the left side because logo in the center. So it is not possible by default to change it.
Go to appearance > theme options > upload your image logo.

WordPress might offer you to install the WordPress Importer plugin, if you haven’t installed it before do it now.
Install and activate the plugin.
Once you’ve installed WordPress Importer plugin, browse to the package folder, select XML data file under Sample Data folder and upload it.
Go to: Appearance > Menus. Select theme location for the imported custom menu.

Go to dashboard > Gallery > add new gallery
Add a featured image then click add media button then create a gallery button.
Choose your galleries, link to none, column : 3, size thumbnails and save it, then publish it.

You should create some new gallery in the same method.
Go to appearance > theme options > gallery > choose masonry layout.

Go to dashboard > pages > create a new page “Gallery”, on the right hand side under page attribute choose gallery template and publish it.

Your homepage is not your blog page. You are using custom page for homepage. It might be the reason. You can try to make your homepage as blog page. Or if you don’t want to do it, you can search slider plugin and install it.
