Wordpress is creating excerpt automatically. There are 2 ways to do that. You can insert more tag short-codes after couple of words which you like or in the excerpt area, you can copy some words how long you would like to.

It is really awkard issue, normally wordpress is resizing automatically. I am happy that you can solve the issue with photoshop.
And you can change the order of the portfolios with editing the publish date. The latest portfolio item displays first. So on the right side you can see the Publish section. Edit publish date.

As far as i know google fonts doesn’t have any arabic font. By the way you can enable other charset in the font under appearance > theme options > style > font styles

Hi, this custom css code will effect single blog page content font size for desktop

and also this custom css code for mobile version ;

You can change the px if you like.
