Iconpress lite plugin is conflicting with the new version of elementor plugin. I just deactivate it. Iconpress lite plugin’s author didn’t release an update so temporarily you should keep deactivated it.

You should activate the plugins after active the theme then you should import the demo content.
You can use wp reset plugin, clear your content, activate theme, then active the plugins.

You can edit your portfolio page and click on hide title section. Go to dashboard > pages > portfolio page > on the right hand side there is a title visibility section, activate it.

Also, you can remove the title via this custom css code on the single portfolio pages.

We are updating the bundled JetElements and JetPopup plugin to the latest version with the every update. The individual license key is not provided by the plugin author for the JetElements and JetPopup.
IconPress lite plugin author didn’t release an update so do not use it for a while.

The HyperText Transfer Protocol (HTTP) 504 Gateway Timeout server error response code indicates that the server, while acting as a gateway or proxy, did not get a response in time from the upstream server that it needed in order to complete the request.
I recommend that you can contact the customer support of your web hosting service.

If you choose latest post template, you will able to get the latest from the blog section. You will still able to customize the whole area again.
If you want, export and save your posts and all the information. Then delete all the content using the wp reset plugin, upload the demo content completely and make it easy for you to edit.
