We have no control over the third party plugins. You can contact to Thrivethemes plugin’s author and ask for help. They might release an update for the issue.

Unfortunately it is not possible by default when ajax is activated, if the lightbox plugin doesn’t work you just need to disable ajax for that portfolio from Appearance > Widgets > Homepage Navigation Menu;Cheers.

A theme in a ZIP format can be easily installed via the wp admin. Just go to appearance > themes and upload your theme.

Hi,
If you want to remove view count from the pages, you can disable Top 10 plugin or go to plugin’s settings and unchecked it for the pages.
Any elements in Elementor which require extra Javascript code to work won’t work in the theme because of the limitation of the ajax fetched page nature.
You can disable ajax functionality for portfolio posts from “Customizer > General > Ajax : No”. Then you can use Instagram plugin if you need too.
Also please create a support ticket in the related plugin’s support forum. We have not tested this theme with an Instagram plugin before.

ThanksHi, You can add demo content one at a time. If you add it on the second demo, the settings can get mixed up. You can emulate the demo content you want via the Customizer. (Dashboard > Appearance > Customizer). All features can be realized with the customizer.

If you want, I can delete everything and install fresh copy of the demo content. Can you get your data’s copy?
If you deactivate WooCommerce plugin, shop icon will be removed. If I import a fresh copy of the theme , it will be easy for you to customize it.

Steve, you have activated couple of plugins. I didn’t want to deactivate it without your permission. Please deactivate them one by one and you will release which one is conflicting with the theme.
