The photos you are using arevery high resolution. When wp crops it according to the screen, there may be minor distortion due to the nature of wordpress, but this is not detailed enough to be seen with the eye. I ran the regenerate thumbnail plugin for you. Test again and check for difference.

As you can see in the documentation and on the plugin, the demo was built with 01-02-03-04 and 05 learnpress plugin. Demo 06 and 07 were created with tutor lms plugin. You want to use the features of the Learnpress plugin by using the Tutor LMS plugin. Since the two are different, it is not possible to reach identical templates by default.
