If you want to change the hamburger menu position, you need to do further customization because it will effect the social and search position as well. It is not easy with a simple css code.
I need to get your wp admin details because of the testing html widget.
You need to go to settings > reading > change the post page and you will able to edit the blog page with elementor. When it is selected as post page, wordpress doesn’t allow to edit it.
Unfortunately it is not possible design blog archive page with Elementor Free version, it requires Elementor Pro version, you can check out the post below for more about this;

Btw, there are couple of blog layouts within the theme, such as Regular, Grid, List, Circles etc. You can also customize your blog archive page from Customizer > Blog.
I would recommend you to contact your hosting about the ssl certificate.

LearnPress use Paypal as the default payment gateway and you can add other payment gateways like via WooCommerce to extend the features of the LMS so your students can pay you in any currency, via any payment gateway, using any payment method like: Pay by check, Bank transfer, Offline payment, pay via a payment gateway like Ideal, Payumoney, Stripe, Authorize, 2Checkout, etc. So, you should install LearnPress WooCommerce integration add-on. (Also, you could also go to WordPress.org and search for a payment gateway plugin that integrate with WooCommerce and use it. )
After installing and activating the WooCommerce add-on for LearnPress, you will see another tab in the Payment Setting tab on LearnPress Settings. Please click on the WooCommerce Payment. It’s entirely up to you to choose which option.

You have full version so you are able to edit it. Go to dashboard > pages > click on a page > click edit with elementor button and you are able to edit it.

When you go to plugin folder, you should be able to see update link on the woocommerce plugin. Could you also provide me your related url?

Go to dashboard > tools > export > all content > download export file.
And also, you can install widget importer & exporter plugin.

You don’t need to activate the premium plugins. We bought an extra license for multi-use and included it in the theme. When a relevant update to the plugin arrives, we update to the latest version. You do not have to worry about it. You can fully use all the features.

You can not add the filter on blog page. But you can add blog categories under blog menu. Please go to dashboard > appearance > menus > categories > add the categories under blog menu and save it.
