Dashboard > Appearance > Menu
When you follow this steps, you can assign a portfolio category to the menu. You can also place it in the menu by drag and drop method. You can also integrate the second portfolio category in this way. These things I mentioned apply to the portfolio category. Apart from that, if you want to create two separate pages from the portfolio page, it is technically not possible.

You need to get elementor pro if you wanna use the portfolio widget. But if you done the settings which i mentioned, you will able to customize the portfolio items not the portfolio page. You can check out the related video as well.

I just checked the source code and the “Autoptimize” plugin looks like causing the issue. Could you please deactivate your third party plugins, clear the cache and try it again?

I deactivated your cache plugins and your two issues have been solved.
You can activate them one by one and realize which one is causing the issue.
