I just deactivated your third party plugins and it has gone. One of your plugin may conflict with the theme. Can you deactivate and activate them one by one and realize which one is causing the issue.

ThanksHi, it looks like you have activated Elementor Pro’s custom footer feature, when you do this Elementor also disables the theme header and you need to create a custom header with Elementor Pro.
This is Elementor Pro default functionality, you may try this fix;

I guess you have translate plugin in your plugin folder. It added a shortcode in your header.
Go to appearance > widgets > top bar left or header social media icons and delete it.

ThanksHi, I checked the link you sent. 4 sites found it threatening, while the others marked it as green. If there is an extra plugin you have installed outside the theme, it may have caused it.
