Hi,
There is a difference between the two. One has header full width and the other has margin on the right and left of the header. First of all, you can make the header full from the customizer.

After that, there is a single post option in the customizer again, just navigate to Customizer > Single Post > Post Style = “Classic Full With Margins”. This option can also be overwritten in post edit screen > Post Style.

My advice would be to test it on other computers. So if you want them to go to your own social media accounts instead of clicking on those icons and sharing, then you can install a different social media plugin.
