You are using transparent header layout so you need to add negative form of your logo.
I just added the same logo for the negative type. You can go to appearance > customize > site identity > negative logo.

It did not allow me to control the plugin settings because the user privileges you defined me were limited.
You can go to appearance > widgets > blog sidebar > drag and drop custom HTML widget > copy and paste the insta gallery shortcode here.
You cab find the gallery shortcode by going to appearance > social feed gallery > feeds
