Hi rappel, we will fix it with the next update, till then you may use the custom css code below to fix this issue;

Hi, that’s a complicated issue as we haven’t designed the layout to be a one-page scroll layout in mind, you may use the custom css code below to make it work on mobile but it will need to disable the sticky header for mobile devices;
@media screen and (max-width: 991px) { .site-header.clone { display: none !important; } html.is-menu-toggled-on { overflow: auto; } }Have a nice day!
Hi, we haven’t tested the theme with WP 5.6 yet. Can you try installing the “Version Control for jQuery” plugin and navigate to “Settings > jQuery Version Control” and set;
jQuery version : jQuery Core 1.12.4
jQuery Migrate version : jQuery Migrate 1.4.1and see it works fine.
Btw, we plan to test the theme with WP 5.6 and release a new update in a week or so.
Cheers.
I have just logged in to your site and see that both LearnPress and TutorLMS are activated at the same time, I have just deactivated TutorLMS to prevent any conflict. Then added latest courses section to your homepage and it shows the courses now.
– I see the about us content in your footer with light text color which looks fine.
– I also see the popular courses menu list in your footer.
– I also see the events calendar on your footer, if there is an issue with the events that might be related to the plugin you use; “Modern Events Calendar”, you may consider contacting the plugin author about it.
Have a nice day!
Hi, I have just tried to log-in to your site with no success: “ERROR: Incorrect username or password.”
Btw, please make sure that Pixelwars Core plugin is activated and see if it fixes the issue.
Cheers.

Merhabalar,
kullanmış olduğunuz Imagify eklentisinin ayarlarından Optimization > WebP Format alanında “Use
tags (preferred)” yerine “Use rewrite rules” seçilince sorun ortadan kalkıyor. İyi çalışmalar.
You are welcome, happy holidays, too.
Hi, I have just logged in to your site and you have many custom css codes on your Customizer > Additional CSS box, I have just commented the code pieces which makes the header social icons hidden. I guess you have sorted out the issues with the footer.
Have a nice day!
Hi, I have just checked and there was this code in your Customizer > Additional CSS Box;
html { font-size: 0; }I have just removed it and it is fine now.

Hi,
– you may see the article below for making the background image visible on mobile;
https://elementor.com/blog/website-background-images/
Alternatively you may hide that cover image on mobile and add another mobile friendly cover image and set it only to show on mobile;
https://elementor.com/help/show-or-hide-columns-per-device/
– you can also reset any padding for mobile devices, please see the article below for this;

Hi @manojvds1,
please update your theme to the latest version 7.0 and then update JetElements and JetPopups plugins and see if it is fine.
Cheers.
Hi, @therokbohinc
I have just checked your site now, I have just deactivated a couple of other plugins and now Elementor loads without issues with JetElements and JetPopups activated at the same time, so this proves that your server can’t provide enough memory for your site with all the plugins active. You may try contacting your hosting provider for having more memory allocated your site, if they don’t help you may consider switching to a different hosting (we recommend a2hosting turbo plans).
Or you may edit your Elementor pages after you have deactivated some of your plugins.
Have a nice day!

Keymaster9 December 2020 at 17:03Posted in : Elementor Edit on a page with a Tutor LMS courseHi, can you provide your related url and wp login info using the private content box please?
Thanks.
Hi, sorry to hear that, unfortunately there is nothing we can do about it, our themes doesn’t require remote verification for the theme work, but in this case the client is using the theme illegally since you own the license.
As a former freelancer I advise you to never accept a job without upfront payment to prevent this kind of situations.
Have a nice day!
Hi, I have just logged in to your site and I saw that you have assigned more than one page as Page Template : Portfolio, there should be only one portfolio page and its slug should be “portfolio” in order to ajax portfolio single posts work.
Have a nice day!
I see, you may try this custom css code;
@media screen and (min-width:992px){ .home-menu { top: 80px; } } @media screen and (max-width:991px){ .home-menu { bottom: 100px; } }Cheers.
Hi, what exactly do you want to do?
– move your menu to the top only for iphone4 ?
– move your menu to the top for all devices except iphone4?Hi, I have just checked your site and I can see the issue about mobile scrolling, also I see that you are using another theme now, that proves it is not related to the theme, but to the plugins you use, and I only see the issue on your homepage (sub pages seems to be fine).
Btw, I tried to log-in to your site but no success, password is wrong.
Cheers.
I see, I have just fixed that page;
1-) You need to remove the
photowallshortcode from the page if you are using a gallery for image source.2-) You need to add a gallery using the classic editor, gutenberg gallery block is not supported for this.
Have a nice day!
Hi, I have just checked your homepage and it looks fine, please let us know if you need still help with this.

Hi, you can leave that “Go to courses” buttons text empty and then add separate “Button” widget just after “LearnPress – Recent Courses” and then link it to your contact page.
Have a nice day!
ok, I see, then you may reply them as;
“I did not customize any plugin php file, just trying to add a course checkout button with the url; “?add-to-cart=mycoursenumber” and it caused this issue.”
Cheers.
Hi again, did you customize the plugin php files? Then, I can understand the plugin author’s reaction, unfortunately this is out of our support scope, too. I hope the plugin author can provide a solution for you.
Have a nice day!
Hi again, unfortunately it is not easy with adding some custom code but it requires diving into plugin codes and find the bug which causes this issue, also it is not possible hide it with css since the markup goes after html tag. The plugin author should be willing to fix this issue with the next update, what is their reply about this?
Hi, TutorLMS uses dashboard page instead of a profile page;
https://damalithomas.com/dashboard/
Cheers.
Hi, sorry but we can’t detect the source of this issue and provide a solution for it as the issue is related to the LearnPress plugin codes. Btw, I see that you have paid for LearnPress add-ons so you should get priority support via the plugin authors site;
follow Help Center > Create a ticket link;
Have a nice day!
Hi, there should be two separate “Categories” tab on the left side of the screen, one for blog categories and the other one for recipe categories. If you can’t see it, alternatively you may get the Recipe category links from your recipes page, by right clicking to category links and click “Copy link address” and then add it as a custom url in your menu.

Hi again, please see the post below;

Hi Hila,
1-) you can change recipe featured image format globally from “Appearance > Customize > Single Post > Post Style”, this setting will apply to all posts including blog posts and recipe posts. You may also edit any post (recipe or blog post) and change its Post Style individually;
2-) you may use this custom css code;
body .cooked-post-featured-image img { max-width: 360px; }3-) you may use the custom css code below for smaller round step numbers style;
.cooked-recipe-directions .cooked-direction-number { height: 24px; font-size: 12px; line-height: 2; border-radius: 50%; }4-) you may use the custom css code below to truncate the recipe excerpt text;
span.cooked-recipe-card-excerpt { text-overflow: ellipsis; max-height: 136px; overflow: hidden; }You can see the video below on how to add a dropdown menu;
