You can go to appearance > customizer > set up the widget and header. You can customize every part individually. But it can not come up automatically. You need to do it manually if you would like to get multiple demo style.

It is not possible by default. Top 10 post widget will count the number of page views of your posts, pages, and any custom post types. You can then display the page view counts as well as display your most popular posts.
