Hi,
In very rare cases, the developer investigates the problem for deep analysis. They are also busy releasing updates, but I made sure to share your case in a very important thread.
In the meantime, I recommend you to write to the mailchimp plugin support team and speed up the process.
Thanks for your patienceHi,

Thanks for your patienceHello,
Hi, we have retested this theme on our own server and did not encounter any issues with the theme or the plugins.
It is likely that the issue with the Qi plugin may be related to your server settings. Your server should have recorded detailed information about the issue as error logs.
I recommend contacting your web hosting provider for further assistance. Additionally, you can report your issue by sharing your website address directly with the plugin author through the plugin’s support section.

Best regards,
Hi,
I will forward this topic to our developer and i will keep you updated.
ThanksHi, I temporarily deactivated the Cartflows plugin and cleared the cache. Your cart page is displayed as shown on the demo site.
I am sharing a screenshot with you about how the cart page looks like on your website.

You made a custom page as Checkout and redirected there. That page also looks good by the way.
ThanksHi,
I will forward this topic to our developer and i will keep you updated.
ThanksHi,
There are 29 plugins active. Can you deactivate all but the plugins that come with the theme and try again? It seems to affect one or more of the plugins.
ThanksHi,
I highly recommend disabling the default colors and fonts from Elementor’s settings. Doing this ensures that the design remains consistent with the theme you’ve chosen, rather than overriding it with Elementor’s defaults.serkan
Moderator23 January 2025 at 10:10Posted in : WooCommerce PayPal Payments – Theme – ElementorHi @devarts
The error “Checkout form saving failed: Could not validate nonce” typically occurs when there’s a mismatch or issue with security tokens (nonces) in WordPress. This can be caused by plugin conflicts, caching issues, or even outdated components. Here are some steps you can try to resolve the issue:
1. Check WooCommerce and PayPal Plugin Settings
Ensure the WooCommerce PayPal Payments plugin is properly set up with correct API credentials.
Re-save the settings in the WooCommerce → Settings → Payments tab.
2. Verify Permalink Settings
Go to Settings → Permalinks in your WordPress admin.
Resave the permalink structure to refresh the rewrite rules.
3. Clear Caches
Clear all caches in your site, including those from caching plugins like WP Rocket, W3 Total Cache, or LiteSpeed Cache.
If your web host uses server-side caching, clear it via your hosting control panel.
Clear your browser cache and try again.
4. Disable Third-Party Plugins (Again)
To isolate the issue, try disabling all plugins except:
WooCommerce
WooCommerce PayPal Payments
Then test the checkout again. Gradually re-enable plugins to identify any conflicts.
5. Debug Modedefine('WP_DEBUG', true); define('WP_DEBUG_LOG', true);Look for errors in the wp-content/debug.log file that might give more insight into what’s causing the issue.
6. Server-Side Issues
Ensure your server meets the requirements for running WooCommerce and its plugins (PHP version, memory limits, etc.).
Check error logs on your server for additional details.
7.Contact Support
If the issue persists, reach out to the WooCommerce PayPal Payments plugin support team.
Include:
Steps you’ve tried.
Any error messages from the debug log.
Details about your WordPress setup (theme, plugins, hosting, etc.).
Let me know if any of these steps worked or if you’d like help with debugging further!Hi,
Please go to
Dashboard > Elementor > Settings > General > activate Portfolio and save it.
ThanksHi,
Is it OK if I delete the demo content completely for you and upload it again?
ThanksHi,
I could not observe the problem because you activated the Coming soon page. Can you update back to the last day it was problem-free from the hosting panel?
ThanksHi, In this subject, it will be enough to click the subscribe link in the upper right corner. You will be notified by Pixelwars and wordpress developer.
ThanksHi,
Would you like the hosting to update your system settings according to the following settings?
https://www.pixelwars.org/forums/topic/system-requirements-for-wordpress-themes/Hi,
Could you please provide me your wp admin details via our private content box below?
ThanksHi, I’m glad you’ve solved the problem. Thanks
It seems there are several issues with your website that need attention. Here’s a structured approach to address them:
1. MailChimp Integration Error
Error Message: “Please, Set up MailChimp API Key and List ID.”
Steps to Resolve:
Verify API Key and List ID:
Double-check the API key and List ID in your MailChimp settings. Ensure there are no spaces or extra characters.
Test the Connection:
Go to your integration settings and test the API connection. If it fails, regenerate a new API key in MailChimp and update it on your website.
Contact MailChimp Support:
If the issue persists, MailChimp support can help verify if the API key or List ID is being accessed correctly.2. Button Widget on the Landing Page
Check Button Link/Action:
Confirm the button’s link or action is correctly configured in your website editor.
Browser Cache Issue:
Clear the browser cache and test the button again.
Conflict with Other Scripts:
Check for potential conflicts with other scripts or plugins on your website.
Deactivate all plugins except the one managing the button. Reactivate them one by one to identify the culprit.3. Website Not Scrolling Smoothly
Performance Optimization:
Minimize the use of large images, unnecessary scripts, or animations.
Use tools like Google PageSpeed Insights to identify performance bottlenecks.
If you still have the issue, you can deactivate the smooth scroll options from the customizer of the theme.4. Contact Form Issues
Form Configuration:
Verify the form’s recipient email address in your website’s admin panel.
Check if the “From” email address matches your domain (e.g., info@website.com) to avoid email server issues.
SPAM Filtering:
Check your email SPAM or junk folder for missing messages.
SMTP Setup:
Use an SMTP plugin or service to ensure reliable email delivery.
Error Logs:
Check your website’s error logs for specific details about failed submissions.Hi,
I just went to settings > reading > chose your blog page and saved it.
ThanksHi,
Thanks for the feedback.Hi,
Very few customers have problems with the smooth scroll feature. It also seems to be caused by hosting. We do not think that Chrome browser developers will work on this issue. Therefore, we ask our customers who have problems to deactivate it.
ThanksHi,
Could you please provide me your wp admin details via our private content box below?
I will check what’s stopping it from showing up.
ThanksHi, Can you share the exact colour codes and wp admin information you want with us in the private content box below?
ThanksHi,
Developer will get back to you as soon as possible regarding the subject.
ThanksHi, If the changes you have made do not have any effect, you must disable the default elementor by clicking this option. Because its own colour code overwrites the default theme color code.
ThanksHi,
Please go to elementor > settings > general > post type > you can activate the post, page and portfolio and save it.
Then you will able to edit them.
ThanksHi,
Go to your WordPress dashboard.
Navigate to Elementor > Settings.
In the General tab, locate the option:
Disable Default Colors: Check this box to prevent Elementor from overriding your theme’s color settings.
Click Save Changes.Hi,
I didn’t want to intervene because there are too many plugins active. First of all, we need to deactivate the plugins and clean the cache to see if there is a plugin that can cause this problem. Could you please deactivate the plugins and test them?
ThanksHi,
The most common cause of this issue is a mismatch or corruption in the WordPress permalinks.
Go to Settings > Permalinks in your WordPress dashboard.
Without making changes, click Save Changes to regenerate the permalinks.
Check if the issue with course and profile links is resolved.Ensure that the LearnPress pages are correctly assigned.
Go to LearnPress > Settings > General.
Verify the following page assignments:
Courses: Linked to the page displaying the course archive.
Profile: Linked to the profile page.
Checkout and Become a Teacher: Also check these pages.
If any page is unassigned or missing, reassign them or recreate the pages from LearnPress > Tools > Setup Wizard. If your site uses caching plugins (e.g., WP Super Cache, W3 Total Cache), the cache might cause old links to persist.
Clear the cache from your caching plugin’s settings.
If your hosting provider uses server-level caching (e.g., Varnish), clear it from your hosting control panel.Other plugins or your theme could conflict with LearnPress after the update.
Temporarily deactivate all plugins except LearnPress.
Switch to a default WordPress theme (e.g., Twenty Twenty-Three).
Check if the issue persists. If not, reactivate plugins one by one and test to identify the conflicting one. After a major plugin update, database updates might be required.
Go to LearnPress > Tools > Database Update.
Run any pending updates.Hi,
I will talk to our developer and i will keep you updated.

ThanksHi,
Please go to Dashboard > Elementor > General
and disable Default Colors then check it again.
ThanksHi,
The behavior you’re describing is likely due to how the Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome browsers handle the password input field and the eye icon toggle for visibility. Here are the details:Edge Behavior:
When you enter your password and toggle the eye icon, it shows the actual characters in the password field (replacing the asterisks or dots).
This behavior might be enabled natively or because of specific JavaScript or CSS from the Tutor LMS plugin.
Chrome Behavior:If the eye icon does not reveal the entered password when toggled, there might be a compatibility issue with how Chrome interprets the plugin’s code or its browser-specific behavior.
We need to ask this issue to the plugin author. Btw you can also search this issue in the plugin support forum.
ThanksHi,
I shared a screenshot below related to this topic. When you edit the homepage with Elementor, you can change the photos from the panel on the left. You do not need coding knowledge for this.

ThanksHi,
Plrase go to appearance > customize > header > menu > you can customize the color from here.
ThanksHi,
I’ve hidden it with a css, but I’m going through the plugins one by one to figure out why. It shouldn’t give you any problems right now.
ThanksHi,
Dashboard > Elementor > Settings > General > Portfolio activate it.
ThanksHi Michael
Could you please provide me your related URL and wp-login credentials?
I will report this to our developer and i will keep you updated.
ThanksHi,
You have activated too many plugins. All of them affect some memory. First of all, you should check the hosting settings from the link I shared below. When I checked, I saw that some values were very low.
After completing these, if the problem still persists, please deactivate third party plugins and try again.

ThanksHi,
I just chosed your logo and it appears on your website.
You need to get elementor theme builder for customizing the header and footer via elementor
https://elementor.com/blog/header-footer-builder/
But you can also customize your footer area via go to appearance > widgets > footer widget area.
Also if you go to dashboard > appearance > customize > you will able to customize the header and footer here.
ThanksHi, The issue you’re experiencing with the left-hand side options not displaying properly in the theme customization menu could be due to several reasons. Here are some steps to troubleshoot and resolve the problem:
1. Clear Browser Cache
Cached files may cause improper rendering of the theme options.
Clear your browser cache and cookies, then refresh the page.
2. Check Browser Extensions
Certain browser extensions or ad blockers may interfere with the appearance of the customization menu.
Temporarily disable extensions and reload the page to check if the issue persists.
3. Update Your Browser
Ensure you are using the latest version of your web browser, as outdated versions can cause display issues.
4. Test in Incognito/Private Mode
Open the page in an incognito or private browsing window. If it works there, the issue may be related to cookies or extensions in your regular browsing session.
5. Try a Different Browser
Open the theme customization in a different browser to see if the issue is browser-specific.
6. Inspect for Console Errors
Right-click the page and select Inspect or Developer Tools.
Navigate to the Console tab and check for any error messages. These may provide clues about what is causing the issue.
7. Disable Plugins
A plugin conflict might be the cause. Temporarily disable all plugins and check the theme options. Re-enable them one by one to identify the conflicting plugin.
8. Use a Default Theme
As a last resort, temporarily switch to a default theme (e.g., WordPress Twenty-Twenty-Three) to see if you still have the issue
Let me know if you need help with any of these steps!Hi,
When I look at your website now, I see that you have uploaded the demo content. If there are no hosting-related blocks, the photos will be uploaded automatically anyway. All our customers have uploaded demo content in this way without any problems so far. Your hosting company can easily see the cause of the error in log records. Whatever caused it is in those records.
By the way, as it is written in themeforest, 2 working days is our response time. Although it is the weekend, we continue to serve for your satisfaction.
