Hi Richard,
JetPopUp plugin does not create any problems on the demo site. If you use a different plugin, maybe there is a conflict between them. Can you select one of the default themes of wordpress from the theme folder and perform the same test?
ThanksHi Richard,
If there is any problem, you can contact Zoho support. Thank you for your understanding.
ThanksTo translate or customize the default messages from the JetElements Subscribe Form widget synced with Mailchimp, you can use one of the following methods:
Method 1: Customize Messages in JetElements Settings
Locate the Form Settings:Edit the page with Elementor.
Select the JetElements Subscribe Form widget.
Look for Message Customization Options:In the widget settings, check if there are options to customize success, error, and validation messages directly.

Method 2: Modify Strings with a Plugin (Recommended for Translations)
Use a plugin like Loco Translate or Say What? to change or translate specific text strings.Option A: Using Loco Translate
Install and Activate Loco Translate:Go to your WordPress dashboard.
Navigate to Plugins > Add New and search for “Loco Translate.”
Install and activate the plugin.
Locate the JetElements Plugin:Go to Loco Translate > Plugins.
Select JetElements for Elementor from the list.
Search for the Message String:Open the translation editor for your language.
Search for phrases like:
“… is already a list member. Use PUT to insert or update list members.”
“Please specify a valid e-mail.”
Translate the Messages:Add translations or customize the text as needed.
Save and Sync:Save your changes and ensure the translations appear on the front end.
If you frequently work with translations or text replacements, Loco Translate is the most user-friendly option.
Let me know if you need help implementing any of these methods! You are welcome :) We’d be very happy if you can spare a minute to rate the theme on ThemeForest. Your feedback will boost our motivation and help us to work harder on future updates.

ThanksHi Konstantin,
Step 1: Check the Native eCommerce Setup
Enable Native Monetization:Go to Tutor LMS > Settings > Monetization and ensure Enable Monetization is checked.
Select Native (Without WooCommerce) under the Monetization Options.
Set Course Pricing:Open your course in the course editor.
Ensure that a price is set under the Monetization or Course Builder section. A course without a price will not show a cart or payment flow.
Enable Enrollment Confirmation:In Tutor LMS > Settings > Courses, confirm that Public Course Enrollment is disabled if you’re using paid courses.
Ensure Course Enrollment Confirmation is active.Step 2: Verify Payment Gateway Settings
If you’re using the native eCommerce, ensure that:A supported payment gateway (like PayPal) is enabled.
The payment gateway settings (e.g., API credentials for PayPal) are correctly configured in Tutor LMS > Settings > Payment.Step 3: Clear Cache
If you’ve made changes but the cart or price isn’t showing:
Clear your website cache (via a plugin like WP Super Cache or W3 Total Cache).
Clear your browser cache.Step 4: Debug the Enrollment Loop
The behavior you describe indicates a problem with enrollment logic. Check the following:User Role Configuration:
Go to WordPress > Users > Add New.
Verify that students enrolling in courses are being assigned the Student role.
Ensure the role permissions allow for enrollment in Tutor LMS > Settings > Student Role Settings.
Enrollment Process:Test the enrollment flow using an incognito browser window and a test student account.
Ensure the course does not have conflicting settings such as Public Course and Requires Payment both enabled.Step 5: Check for Plugin or Theme Conflicts
Deactivate all plugins except Tutor LMS and check if the issue persists.
Switch to a default WordPress theme (e.g., Twenty Twenty-Three) to ensure your current theme isn’t causing conflicts.Step 6: Update Tutor LMS
Ensure both the free and pro versions of Tutor LMS are up-to-date. If you’re using an older free version without a license for Pro, some features might not work correctly.Step 7: Manual Enrollment by Admin
To manually enroll students:Go to Tutor LMS > Reports > Enrolled Students.
Click on the course and manually assign the student using the Add Student option.Let me know if you’d like additional guidance or a more specific walkthrough!

ThanksHi @ammar,
Step 1: Debug the Error
1. Enable WordPress Debugging:
Add the following lines to your wp-config.php file:define( 'WP_DEBUG', true ); define( 'WP_DEBUG_LOG', true ); define( 'WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY', false );
After reproducing the issue, check the debug log at wp-content/debug.log. Look for errors specifically related to the Pro plugin or the registration process.
2. Check Server Error Logs:
Access your server logs via your hosting control panel or cPanel to review detailed error messages. The 500 Internal Server Error often provides server-side insights.Step 2: Identify Plugin-Specific Conflicts
Reinstall Tutor LMS Pro Plugin:
Fully delete and reinstall the Pro plugin to ensure no files are corrupted.Test with a Default Theme:
Temporarily switch to a default theme (like Twenty Twenty-Four) to rule out theme-related compatibility issues.Check for PHP Compatibility:
Ensure your server meets the plugin’s PHP version requirements (e.g., PHP 7.4 or later).Disable Specific Pro Features:
If possible, disable certain Pro features (e.g., advanced analytics, WooCommerce integration, or certificates) to isolate the problematic component.Step 3: Optimize Server Settings
https://www.pixelwars.org/forums/topic/system-requirements-for-wordpress-themes/Step 4: Temporary Workaround
If immediate resolution is critical:Keep Only the Standard Plugin Activated:
Temporarily disable the Pro plugin and inform your students that registration is functioning without some Pro features.
Use a Custom Registration Form:
Replace the Tutor LMS Pro registration form with a basic WordPress registration form or another plugin like WPForms until the issue is resolved. Thanks
Hi Joseph,
Please go to dashboard > portfolio > all portfolio posts > you can customize your portfolio item here.
ThanksHi,
Please go to appearance > customize > portfolio > you can customize your portfolio page here.
ThanksHi,
In order to be able to upload the demo content, the content is installed from the beginning, but there is still no user deletion here.
ThanksHi,
You can enter the hosting panel and update your user information.
We have provided support to tens of thousands of people so far and we have not changed even one person’s user login information and stored it anywhere. We are completely professional in this regard. The reason is definitely not due to us. You can also contact hosting support and find out which IP from which region this change and entry was made.
ThanksYou are welcome :) We’d be very happy if you can spare a minute to rate the theme on ThemeForest. Your feedback will boost our motivation and help us to work harder on future updates.

Hi,
Such a thing would never be done by us. You can contact the hosting for this situation, you can question who made this change.
ThanksHi, this is not available by default, needs more further customizations, if you are not familiar to coding you may consider hiring an expert at wpkraken.io to do the job for you.
Hi, please deactivate Smooth Scroll option from Customizer > General section and check again.
Also, you can deactivate your third party plugins and check it again.Cheers
Hi,
It is not possible by default.
Have a nice day.Hi,
Thanks for the feedback.
Have a nice day.Hi,
I will forward this topic to our developer and i will keep you updated.
ThanksHi,
Elementor allows you to edit portfolio items, not the portfolio page.
You can customise the portfolio page through the customizer.
Secondly, can you deactivate the smooth scroll feature in the customiser and try again?
Thank youHi Burak,
Could you delete the plugin and install it again from the plugin folder?
After you have copied your License Key, head to your website’s WP Admin panel, and then navigate to Tutor LMS Pro → License and then paste the key in the appropriate input field. Finally, click on the “Connect with License Key” to activate your pro plugin.
ThanksHi,
When you right click with elementor in the relevant sections, you can switch to advanced tab and click for each screen resolution (desktop, tablet and mobile) and make changes on responsive.
By the way, don’t forget to deactivate 3rd party plugins.
ThanksHi, If you are using sections, you can enable this feature buying going into the Section settings, clicking on “Advanced” at the top right corner of your screen, and then scrolling down until you see an option labeled “Responsive” -> “Reverse Columns (Mobile)” – toggle this option on or off depending on your preference
Or Click on the “Edit container” >> Go to Advance tab >> Under “Layout” go to Order >> Click on the arrows to change the order.
ThanksHi,
If you look at the screenshot I attached, there is the source part above. There you can select different sources instead of portfolio as the source. Those photos come from the source files you show.
ThanksHi,
As you can see from the screenshot, the plugin offers the blur effect only on and off. Apart from that, it does not offer different options according to mobile devices. You can contact the plugin author about this.

ThanksHi, If the update process for the “Tutor LMS pro” plugin or any other plugin fails, first deactivate and delete the plugin from the Plugins page. Then, reinstall it from the “Install Theme Plugins” page. This will ensure the latest version is installed.
ThanksHi Burak,
I just deactivated your third party plugins and your web page is working well now.

Hi,
After entering the username and password, a third security screen appeared. It says enter the code for your Windows computer too. So I couldn’t log in to the panel. Now I will share a link to you. Check whether your system information is in the required setting by looking at this link. I guess you get hosting service from WordPress. If it gives you very low system settings, you can consider moving to a different hosting service provider such as A2 hosting.

Hi,
Your plugin file should be automatically updated because you have a licence. If the update does not happen outside of it, we can update it regularly in the theme.
ThanksHi,
I just fixed your issue. It was connected to the jet popup and i removed the connection by going to advanced tab of the button.
ThanksHi,
You are talking about the button that says ‘the process’, right? I could not make the mailchimp connection with the icon on the button. If you wish, share your wp admin information and let’s check.Hi,

Could you please check this topic and get your key again?
ThanksYou are welcome.

ThanksHi,
I added a page and named test contact.
Could you please check it out?
ThanksThanks for the feedback. Have a nice day.
Hi,
You need to get elementor theme builder for customizing the header and footer via elementor
https://elementor.com/blog/header-footer-builder/
But you can also customize your footer area via go to appearance > widgets > footer widget area.
Also if you go to dashboard > appearance > customize > you will able to customize the header and footer here.
ThanksHi,
You actively have 30 plugins. Please deactivate the off-theme plugins you installed later and try again. If the problem persists, try to contact the plugin author.
ThanksHi,
When you edit your homepage with elementor, select line height from the panel that will open on the left side.
ThanksHi, I have checked your system again. The values we recommend and the values provided to you do not match. Your website is working with exactly half performance. Please make sure that your hosting company has upgraded your website to the recommended values.
Thanks
