WordPress mixes up the Photographer theme with another theme by the same name but from another creator. Re-installing the theme from themeforest, everything will work again. This same name issue fixed last year.

Btw, I would recommend you to use photoshop to replace your name behind your photo. You can not use text logo and image logo at the same time.

They don’t use our default comment box. They are using third party plugin for comment box so they were able to change its location.
-Image logo is limited to 24px height so for the retina devices, we recommend to upload 2x size. 48px height should work for you.
-Apple touch icon : 180px X 180px
